Business 1: Lesson 135 Assignment – “Text Copy for Ron Paul Curriculum Affiliate Landing Page”

The Benefits of Joining the Ron Paul Curriculum
What is the Ron Paul Curriculum?  The Ron Paul Curriculum is the only online, video-centric, K-12 homeschooling program that defends free market economics and limited government.
Benefit #1: The Ron Paul Curriculum reinforces your worldview to your children.  This is the only online homeschooling program that is explicitly libertarian in the world.
Benefit #2: Nearly 100% of the course materials are online.
Benefit #3: This means you don’t have to pay for textbooks.  The only exceptions are the Business I and Business II courses, where you are asked to purchase e-books or the physical books themselves.
Benefit #4: The lessons are video-centric.  We all know that students need a combination of reading, listening/watching, and writing to learn.  Most homeschooling programs are based entirely on reading textbooks.  For each lesson on the site there is one lecture/video produced by the course instructor, which correlates with that lesson’s reading assignment.  These video lessons are exclusive to the RPC, they can’t be found on YouTube.
Benefit #5: There is a 100% money-back guarantee for curriculum membership and individual courses.  This guarantee is valid for 60 days after the purchase was made.  This removes all of the risk associated with testing the curriculum.
Benefit #6: Most of the courses provide five free demo lessons for you to view.  These demo lessons will help give you insight into how the courses are structured, as well as the content of the courses.  Here is a link to the demos: https://www.ronpaulcurriculum.com/public/department58.cfm.  All you have to do is click the link, then click on the course that you would like to investigate.  At the bottom of the course information page there should be five free demo lessons for you to view.
Benefit #7: This curriculum is very flexible.  The courses are available 24/7, so students always have access to the lessons as long as they are site members.  This allows students to create their own schedules.
Benefit #8: This curriculum gives students at least one to two more hours of spare time than they would have had in public school.  This is a tremendous benefit.  Imagine having 360 more non-school hours per year.
Benefit #9: This curriculum is self-paced. This provides the student with a tremendous amount of power!  If the student really wants, he/she can complete the curriculum before they turn 18 as long as they start the curriculum early enough.  Of all the benefits listed here this has to be one of the most powerful benefits.  The student is no longer chained to the public school schedule, he/she is no longer a slave.  I recommend the student do classes on Saturdays to get even further ahead.  This curriculum provides students with everything they need to get ahead of the pack.
Benefit #10: This curriculum teaches students how to test out of their first one to two years of college.  The means of doing this are passing CLEP exams.
Benefit #11: This curriculum provides two business courses and a personal finance course for students looking to start their own businesses.
Benefit #12: This curriculum is very affordable for people looking to switch entirely to this curriculum.  Yearly site membership costs $250 and individual courses cost $50.  Site membership is required in order to purchase individual courses.  Assuming you take the recommended route of taking five courses per year, this equates to $500 per year.  This is much cheaper than other online competing home school programs.  Now, the curriculum is a bit pricey if you are looking to take only one course from the site, because this equates to $300 for one course.  You get more value by purchasing and completing multiple courses per year.  The best and most price conscious way to use this curriculum is to switch completely from a public school or other homeschooling program to this curriculum.
Benefit #13: All site members have access to all of the course forums, where students can communicate and help each other.  If a student has a problem or comment regarding a lesson in a course, he/she can go into that course’s forum and ask other students for help.
Benefit #14: Site members also have access to a FREE course that teaches students how to become self-motivated.  This course is underrated and underused by site members!  I can tell you with a good deal of certainty that it is worth a member’s time to take the 47 lesson “ABC Course.”  This course teaches students how to manage their time, speed read, set goals, and become leaders.  It prepares students for college and life on their own.
Benefit #15: Students learn to teach themselves.  All the information needed to succeed academically is provided through this curriculum, but it is self-taught.  This means that the student must learn to teach himself using the daily reading and video assignments along with the weekly essays.
Benefit #16: After third grade, parents are not required to teach their children.  All the information the child will need will be on the site.  At a third grade level students should not need their parents to be with them while they study.
Benefit #17: The curriculum is structured similarly to most public schools, 180 daily lessons per course.  This can be helpful for students who are moving out of a different schooling program.
Benefit #18: Although the structure of the courses is similar to public schools, the content is not.  This curriculum does not use Common Core standards in any way, shape, or form.  In today’s public schools the government is portrayed as the hero and bearer of responsibilities, but this curriculum reveals and defends the other side of the coin.  This curriculum argues that freely acting individuals have made the West wealthy, not government intervention into the economy.
Benefit #19: Most of the high school course instructors are college professors or Ph.D’s.
Benefit #20: Students learn to write exceedingly well, because of the weekly essays they are assigned.  Students are expected to write these essays and post them on their blogs.  Then, they post a link to their blog in that specific course forum for other students to read.
Benefit #21: The reading assignments for the government and history courses are mostly original source documents.
Benefit #22: There is a weekly review lesson for higher memory retention.
Benefit #23: This curriculum’s courses are college level, which challenges students academically.
Benefit #24: This curriculum pushes students to think for themselves and form their own opinions.
Benefit #25: This curriculum teaches students how to create their own WordPress site, YouTube channel, and use Evernote to take notes.

How You Can Cut 3 Hours Out Of Your Daily School Routine

How You Can Cut 3 Hours Out Of Your Daily School Routine
Don’t Waste 9-10 Hours On School When You Can Do Everything In 5-6 Hours With This System
If you are like me, then you don’t want to spend nine or even ten hours every weekday on school!  I was fed up with the public school system.  I was tired of getting on the bus at 7:00 in the morning, getting off the bus at 4:00 in the afternoon, and then having at least an hour of homework.  You don’t have to waste all of this time.  You don’t have to spend three to four hours of your day doing meaningless things like riding the bus, attending P.E., and study hall.  You don’t have to lose hours that you’ll never get back.  You don’t have to do schoolwork all day, if you do what I did.  The way out of this mess is the Ron Paul Curriculum.
What Does The Ron Paul Curriculum Provide You With?
The Ron Paul Curriculum provides you with time.  You are young and your time is precious.  Don’t waste it doing trivial tasks at a public school.  You spend at least an hour and a half at a public school doing nothing.  If you have no homework and don’t take the bus to school you still spend a minimum of seven hours at public school.  The recommended schedule of the Ron Paul Curriculum is that students do schoolwork for five to six hours a day, Monday through Friday.  You spend at least one hour LESS per day with the Ron Paul Curriculum.  Now multiply that single hour by 180 for the whole school year.  You save a tremendous amount of time.
The Ron Paul Curriculum provides you with a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 60 days that you order.  This takes all the risk out of trying the curriculum.  You don’t even have to get out of the public school until you’re sure that you like this curriculum.  This also takes some of the stress away from your parents who may not be willing to risk taking you out of public school for something you haven’t tried.  Within 60 days after any purchase on the site, you can get your money-back if you weren’t satisfied.  There are also demo lessons available on the site.
The Ron Paul Curriculum provides you with a quality education.  You know the public school system is messing with your mind.  You know that the public school system is based on memorizing useful facts to pass exams.  You can sense they aren’t giving you the true story with regards to history.  Maybe you care about this, or maybe you don’t.  You should care.  The Ron Paul Curriculum provides you with the truth.  Textbooks aren’t bibles.  Most textbooks are written for committees and are written with an intent to turn high school students into liberals.  The Ron Paul Curriculum provides you with primary source documents, which allows you to read about what actually happened from someone who was there.  The Ron Paul Curriculum also provides you will logical arguments which support the free market and limited government.  Don’t be indoctrinated by people who want to abuse you, form your own opinion, and hear from both sides of the coin.
The Ron Paul Curriculum also teaches you how to get out of high school and college early.  Chances are you want to go to college.  Don’t be a dumby who gets ripped off by paying retail for college.  Learn how to test out of your first two years of college.  That’s right, you can test out of your first two years of college.  Teachers in public school never told you about that, did they?  That’s because they are part of the system and they don’t care if you get ripped off.  The Ron Paul Curriculum provides you with guidance regarding CLEP exams.  If you get a 50% or higher on enough of these exams, you can test out of your first or even second year of college.  What about the SAT or ACT exams?  Colleges won’t care about those if you have passed multiple college level examinations.  Don’t waste time and money in college.  Join this curriculum and find out how to get through high school and college fast.
How Does The Ron Paul Curriculum Work and How Much Does It Cost?
The Ron Paul Curriculum provides the same courses you would have in a regular public school, but from a different perspective and with better content.  This is especially true for the high school classes available through the Ron Paul Curriculum.  There are algebra, trigonometry, calculus, physics, chemistry, western history, and western literature courses.  The big differences between Ron Paul Curriculum’s courses and public schools’ courses are in the Western Civilization and Western Literature courses.  These courses teach you how to write and provides you with TRUTH about Western history.
You are generally expected to do five different course lessons a day.  There are 180 lessons in each course.  You can do more classes if you would like, which will allow you to get through the curriculum earlier.  This provides you with an advantage over students trapped in public schools.
The Ron Paul Curriculum’s lessons are meant to be one hour long.  You spend thirty minutes reading or writing. Then you watch a thirty minute video presentation on the subject you read about.
Each family of students is required to have site membership if they are going to purchase courses.  Site membership is $250.  Each individual course costs $50.  This is cheaper than almost any other online schooling system you will find.
Why Should You Believe Me?
I’ve been through most of the high school courses and I attended public school from kindergarten to eighth grade.  I could continue to describe the heaps of benefits associated with this curriculum, but you wouldn’t care.  You care about your time.  Stop letting the public school system drain your time.  Save your time and get a better education through the Ron Paul Curriculum.  Check out the link below if you are interested in learning more, or you want to sign-up.  Remember there is an 100% money-back guarantee within 60 days of purchasing.

Business 1: Lesson 105 Advertisement- Free Used Bicycle

Craigslist Bike Ad.PNG

What is the logic behind my ad?

My dad had asked me to get rid of this bicycle in our front yard that no one in our family uses anymore, because the chain is rusted.  I didn’t actually put this ad on Craigslist, because I live in Nicaragua and ordering things through the internet here isn’t a good idea.  The postal service is corrupt, so I just decided to advertise it personally to a few of the locals in my community.  I probably would have charged $5 for the bike if I called the shots, but my dad wanted me to give it to one of a local Nicaraguan kid free of charge.

I didn’t want to have to untangle the bike’s brake cords from the tree, so I asked in my advertisement that whoever would pick the bike up would untangle its cords from the tree.  I had a Nicaraguan kid in mind, because the adults tend to ride cheap motorcycles and the American expats here wouldn’t want a bicycle that isn’t new.

The local kid would be motivated by this ad, because he could get the bike at zero-charge if he just spent a little time untangling it from the tree.  It would probably cost the kid $15 dollars max to fully repair the bike.  This is a pretty sweet deal for a local kid who wants to get from his house to the beach in less than 15 minutes.

The clear benefit of this ad was that the whole bike was free.  The proof of this pricing was because the bike is dirty and used.  The ad was successful, because most of the kids who go by my house have seen the bike in my front yard and one had asked about buying it.  The first two people I asked said maybe, which means no in Nicaragua, but the third guy I asked said, “Yes, let’s go get it!”  The guy’s name was Wilder, and he was very excited about getting the bike.  He was probably excited because he told me he could fix/get a new chain one his own for a couple of dollars, and then pay about five dollars to get new tires.  In short, the ad was successful because I did what my Dad asked of me, which was to get rid of the bike.
